Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Principal/Senior Cloud Engineer - Admin to manage and optimize our cloud-based infrastructure and administrative operations. This role involves overseeing SaaS product cloud billing, managing cloud users and organizations, ensuring high availability of cloud stacks, and maintaining effective monitoring and alerting systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure administration.

Key Responsibilities

- SaaS Cloud Administration : Manage cloud billing processes for SaaS products, ensuring accuracy and cost optimization.

- User & Organization Management : Oversee cloud user access, permissions, and organizational structures.

- Monitoring & Alerting : Set up and maintain monitoring tools for cloud stacks, databases, and services, ensuring timely alerts for

performance or security issues.

- Admin Portal Management : Maintain and enhance the cloud administration GUI, dashboards, and graphical insights for system health and usage analytics.

- Kubernetes Administration : Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and configurations for optimal performance and

reliability.

- Database Oversight : Monitor database performance, availability, and backups within the cloud environment.

- Collaboration : Work closely with DevOps, Development, and Security teams to maintain a secure, scalable, and efficient : Skills :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with AWS and GCP (IaaS).

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and orchestration.

- Proficiency in cloud computing and infrastructure management.

- Experience with database monitoring and performance optimization.

- Solid understanding of Linux system Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization tools and security best practices.

- Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and mentor junior :

- Google Cloud Platform (IaaS) - 4+ Years (Intermediate)

- Database Monitoring - 3+ Years (Intermediate)
