Job Summary:
  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads platforms to drive inquiries.
  • Optimize ads for maximum ROI and minimum cost per lead (CPL) by analyzing data.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing strategies to improve funnel performance.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in real estate).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools to track and analyze data.
  • Experience with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Pixel) and CRM systems to manage leads effectively.
  • Google Ads or Meta certification is highly recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to drive inquiries and conversions.
  • Analyze data to optimize ad targeting and funnel performance for better results.
