The successful candidate will lead our residential properties team, overseeing all facets of front office operations to deliver exceptional service.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Amenity Management: Ensure that all amenities are resourced and maintained to the highest industry standards.
  • Budget Planning: Prepare and manage property management budgets effectively.
  • Contractor Management: Manage contractors and direct labor cost-effectively for maintenance.
  • Staff Development: Oversee, appraise, and develop staff to ensure maximum contribution.
  • Compliance: Ensure sites comply with statutory legislation, including licenses and permits.
  • Client Relations: Deal with owner/tenant queries and ensure all client deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular visits to properties to ensure they are in good order.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, implementing general and fire risk assessment recommendations.
  • Strategic Direction: Formulate strategic directions, establish business controls, and monitor SLAs and KPIs for effective service delivery.

This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
