Key Performance Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Key Performance Analyst, you will work from raw data to actionable insights, driving informed decisions for both retail and online channels.

  • Analyse retail sales, e-commerce sales, inventory, customer behaviour, and pricing performance using data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms to drive business growth.
  • Build dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, track KPIs across retail and e-commerce to measure business performance.
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning.
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments
