Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The role involves strategic planning, execution, and oversight of business intelligence solutions to drive revenue growth and profitability.

You will own the end-to-end process of developing and implementing data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Targeting & Selection: Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to optimize direct mail performance.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate historical performance metrics such as response rate, approval rate, conversion rate, loan size, and payment performance.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Maintain and monitor performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance and profitability.
  • Business Decision-Making: Use data-driven insights to influence credit policy and campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consumer lending or financial services company managing portfolio performance and making business-driven credit policy decisions.
  • Proven track record of interpreting data within a business context to make high-impact decisions.
  • Technical skills including SQL, Excel, Python, and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include experience with direct mail marketing, familiarity with credit bureau data and segmentation strategies, and understanding of consumer credit products.
