As a senior data strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

This role is crucial in delivering comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer lifecycle management and Business Intelligence, specifically in the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze complex data sets to prepare reports on campaign performance and customer lifecycle activities.
  2. Create custom reports using advanced reporting tools, focusing on customer analytics.
  3. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  4. Design and maintain regular dashboards to publish performance summaries and provide strategic recommendations.
  5. Evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
  6. Leverage data analytics to identify trends, customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
  7. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enhance customer experience and develop targeted campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector with a focus on customer lifecycle management and Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and big data queries, with experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity and presenting complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

This role is based in Kuwait, and proficiency in English is required. Arabic language skills are a plus.
