We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our quality assurance and automation testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing automated test frameworks, mentoring team members, and driving high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure excellence in software quality assurance and automation testing.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices, particularly Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, QTest, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
