Job Title: Senior Manager

The successful candidate will lead our team of quality assurance professionals in delivering high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing testing strategies, managing the full life cycle of QA projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer working on low latency client/server applications.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience including software design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience including UI automation and CI pipeline architecture.
  • Must have 4+ years of Linux/Unix experience. Red Hat is preferred.
  • Intermediate programming/scripting knowledge in Python or Perl.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with trading and financial applications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol is a plus.
  • Experience with supporting production changes, UAT testing, and debugging prod issues.
