Financial Operations Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Professional to join our team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, and audit preparation. This role will be central to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements, NAV (Net Asset Value) reports, and regulatory filings. Stay updated with SEBI and exchange requirements, ensuring 100% compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate books of accounts for PMS funds. Ensure timely reconciliations and support valuation processes.
  • Audit & Coordination: Partner with internal and external auditors. Provide accurate documentation, reports, and insights during audits.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in accounting, preferably within broking, mutual fund, or PMS environments.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory norms.
    • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
    • Clear communication and documentation skills.
