Job Title

A seasoned fund accounting professional is required to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily cash reports, reconciling movements in capacity and loan balances, and reviewing cash management proposals from administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily cash reporting for active private equity secondaries funds by collating data from administrators, banking providers, and internal forecasts, and using internal data visualization tools to refresh and review the report.
  • Reconcile movements in capacity, loan balances, and forecast capacity to prior day reporting, adjusting manual forecast data for new deals and other uncertain cash flows based on latest information.
  • Review short-term forecast for each fund and vehicle to formulate proposal for near-term cash management, including loan drawdowns/repayments, Money Market Fund subscriptions/redemptions, and FX trades.
  • Liaise with fund owners within the Treasury team to review and agree proposals.
  • Prepare loan instructions and FX instructions to send to administrators and other 3rd party service providers.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with post-graduate qualifications and at least 9 years of experience in fund accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively identify ways to enhance processes and procedures.

  • Post-graduate / CFA / CA / MBA / CCRA / CIIA / CAIA & equivalent.
