**Job Title:** Accounting Receivable Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Receivable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounting receivable process from start to finish.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Verifying and reconciling customer invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collections of outstanding accounts receivable through various means, including phone calls, emails, and letters
- Maintaining detailed records and reports on all customer transactions
To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
