About the Role

This position requires someone who excels in numbers, trends, and data-driven storytelling while maintaining brand voice intact. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of relevant marketplaces.
  • Owning revenue targets for marketplace channels, identifying growth opportunities, and building strategies to scale sales.
  • Ensuring accurate, compelling, and optimized product listings across platforms.
  • Strategizing, executing, and monitoring marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Tracking key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability) and generating actionable insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with platform requirements and building strong relationships with account managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
