As our Brand Strategist, you'll work closely with our performance marketers to ensure that brand and growth don't live in silos. You'll also partner with influencers, PR teams, and other stakeholders to create playbooks that break patterns and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and shape the brand voice
  • Dream up and execute campaigns that get screenshotted, shared, and remembered
  • Keep every touchpoint singing the same tune
  • Dig into competitor moves and cultural shifts to stay three steps ahead
  • Partner with performance marketers so that brand and growth don't live in silos
  • Build playbooks for influencers, partnerships, and PR that break patterns, not budgets
  • Read the numbers, listen to the people, and tweak strategy till it sticks

  • 4-5 years shaping and shaking things up in brand strategy (bonus if in D2C, lifestyle, fashion)
