Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as match quality, time-to-hire, candidate experience, and revenue.
  2. Design and run experiments to inform product decisions within tight timelines, utilizing statistical analysis to guide our approach.
  3. Create data models and interactive visualizations for teams to analyze and understand key metrics.
  4. Instrument events to improve data quality and latency, ensuring seamless system operations.
  5. Prototype machine learning models to enhance matching and scoring capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in data science or analytics; BS/BA in a quantitative field (or equivalent work).
  • Strong SQL skills; Python proficiency for analysis; comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • Crisp communication with engineers, PMs, and leadership.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Marketplace or search/recommendation metrics expertise
