- You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
- A degree in a related field such as education, communications, or business administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a customer-facing industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs that drive behavior change and improved performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design models.
