Workday Training Specialist


About the Role:

This is a pivotal position that requires an individual with extensive experience in HR processes and ERP software to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs. As a Workday Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials and user instructions to support system testing, user change management, and communications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized training programs to ensure business users are proficient in using Workday HCM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training solutions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to business users to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and feedback.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in HR processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software.
  • Strong written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a complex and matrixed organization.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
