Workday Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled security professional to join our organization.

  • This is a key role that requires an in-depth understanding of Workday application security, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Configuration and Advisory

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and advising on security within the Workday application. This includes implementing and enforcing domain security policies, roles, and role assignments to ensure secure access and data protection.

Tech Vendor Coordination

They will coordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security features.

Awareness and Compliance

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain awareness of divisional and data security and comply with established policies and procedures.

Report Reviews and Audits

They will participate in report reviews, ensuring adherence to security and data privacy standards.

Security Updates and Implementations

The selected candidate will stay updated on new security features within the Workday application's future roadmap and implement them where possible.

System Role Audits

Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Security Control Demonstration

Demonstrate proof of security controls during internal and external audits.
