Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Visual Creative Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the visual development of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and creatives to help them grow in their roles.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual direction, art direction, and design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch.
