We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the development, scaling, and operations of our enterprise-wide Data Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering robust and secure cloud-native data solutions, ensuring seamless ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and advanced data processing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development, scaling, and operations of the enterprise-wide Data Platform, collaborating closely with external vendors, internal data teams, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Oversee the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native data solutions.
  • Ensure seamless ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and advanced data processing capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Data Lakehouse architecture, Cloud (AWS preferred), Azure, and detailed data architecture.
  • Deep understanding of ETL processes, Spark Framework, and modern data stack principles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Step Functions).
  • Experience with data governance and cataloging (e.g., AWS Glue Catalog, Hive Metastore).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data engineering projects.
  • Good understanding of data security, access management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with MLOPS and LLM OPS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
