Job Overview

This Senior Cloud Native position is a Full-Time role located in Mumbai, within the dynamic and rapidly evolving environment of Jio. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-native applications and solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency and innovation in the telecom industry. Bring your expertise to help shape the cloud journey and deliver superior services to our vast customer base.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in cloud-native concepts and methodologies, vital for the role to meet the company's technological standards.
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes (Mandatory skill) is essential for managing containerized applications in a cloud environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker (Mandatory skill) for efficient container management and deployment processes.
  • Proficiency in OpenShift for developing and serving applications, facilitating seamless interaction with cloud systems.
  • Profound understanding of Kubernetes cluster management ensures smooth operation and scalability of cloud applications.
  • Adept at developing and implementing cloud-native applications, crucial for delivering high-quality digital services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and application challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to enhance collaboration within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust cloud-native solutions to improve network operations and digital service delivery.
  • Lead the development and deployment of containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud infrastructure and application integration.
  • Manage and maintain the Kubernetes cluster, ensuring high availability and performance of all applications.
  • Streamline processes by automating recurring tasks and optimizing deployment strategies.
  • Continuously explore and adopt innovative cloud technologies to stay at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Conduct regular performance tuning and scalability assessments to enhance application efficiency.
