Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have mastery-level skills in all skin services and a strong ability to train and develop the technical skills of our technician workforce. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, creating engaging content, and assessing technicians' performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Training Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure our technicians have the necessary skills to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Training Content Creation: Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Techincian Assessments: Evaluate technicians' performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
  • Supporting External Education: Collaborate with external educators to ensure our training programs meet industry standards.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to technicians to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Salon Visits: Conduct regular visits to our salons to assess technician performance and provide feedback.
  • Trials and Assessments for New Technicians: Develop and conduct trials to assess new technicians' skills and knowledge.
  • Creative Contribution: Contribute to the development of new services and products.
  • Handling Client Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Analytical Skills: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and customers.
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate or 12th standard with Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  • CIDESCO Certification: CIDESCO certification is highly desirable.
  • Mastery-Level Skills: Mastery-level skills in all skin services.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of on-floor experience and 6-8 years of experience with a focus on training.
  • Planning and Execution Abilities: Strong planning and execution abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
