We seek an accomplished Skin Trainer to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for training and equipping our technician workforce with advanced skills in skin services, thereby ensuring top-notch service delivery to our clients.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct comprehensive training sessions for skin services
  • Develop engaging training content that enhances the skills of our technicians
  • Conduct regular assessments to gauge the performance of our technicians
  • Collaborate with external partners to further enhance our training initiatives
  • Provide expert coaching and mentoring to our technicians to boost their skills and productivity
  • Visit our salons regularly to verify the consistency of service delivery
  • Evaluate new technicians against our quality benchmarks
  • Propose innovative ideas to diversify our service offerings and menus
  • Address customer grievances promptly and professionally
  • Analyze data to spot opportunities for growth and optimize processes

Essential Requirements:

  • Superior communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent with a beauty therapy diploma
  • CIDESCO certification
  • Advanced knowledge in all skin services
  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience
  • 6-8 years of experience focused on training
  • Strategic planning and execution expertise
  • Fundamental understanding of MS Excel and PowerPoint
