Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Skin Trainer to join our team. As a Skin Trainer, you'll be responsible for training and developing the technical skills of our technician workforce in skin services, ensuring perfect delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities- Training Planning and Delivery- Training Content Creation- Technician Assessments- Supporting External Education- Coaching and Mentoring- Salon Visits- Trials and Assessments for New Technicians- Creative Contribution- Handling Client Complaints- Data Analytical Skills

Requirements- Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati Language)- Graduate or 12th standard with Diploma in Beauty Therapy- CIDESCO certification- Mastery-level skills in all skin services- 3-4 years of on-floor experience- 6-8 years of experience with a focus on training- Planning and Execution Abilities- Basic Computer Skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
