Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Skin Trainer to join our team. As a Skin Trainer, you'll be responsible for training and developing the technical skills of our technician workforce in skin services, ensuring perfect delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Planning and Delivery

- Training Content Creation

- Technician Assessments

- Supporting External Education

- Coaching and Mentoring

- Salon Visits

- Trials and Assessments for New Technicians

- Creative Contribution

- Handling Client Complaints

- Data Analytical Skills

Requirements

- Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati Language)

- Graduate or 12th standard with Diploma in Beauty Therapy

- CIDESCO certification

- Mastery-level skills in all skin services

- 3-4 years of on-floor experience

- 6-8 years of experience with a focus on training

- Planning and Execution Abilities

- Basic Computer Skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
