ServiceNow ITOM Lead

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM lead to oversee the design, development and maintenance of our CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading CMDB projects and teams, with in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. They will also have experience integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
