Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business analytics roadmaps to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead client workshops to articulate broad vision and ambiguous business problems and develop solutions using data science and AI
  • Define business problems concisely, consolidate findings and hypothesize proposed solutions
  • Independently liaise with customers and present solutions convincingly in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business consulting, with a focus on FP&A and Zero Base Budgeting
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovate through complex problems
  • Ability to develop strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics and experience management

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools
