Key Performance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our organization as a Key Performance Analyst. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure performance, optimize processes, and identify opportunities to enhance ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to track KPIs, process performance, and customer behavior.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive process optimization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of analysis findings and results.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a business-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with business platforms like Google Analytics, CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
