Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining Customer Lifetime Value models, developing analytics capabilities and models for customer acquisition and retention, analyzing large data sets to drive innovative business solutions, and serving data models as a product to the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics capabilities.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C Analytics.
  • Strong background in statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Tier-1 engineering college graduate or MBA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Background in hands-on statistical analysis and familiarity with core statistical functions.
