The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new hires, adhering to federal, state, and client-specific regulations.
- Coordinate the entire onboarding process, encompassing documentation, background checks, and system access.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws, including I-9, E-Verify, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and keep track of compliance records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Legal, IT, Payroll) to guarantee timely completion of all onboarding activities.
- Provide support to new hires, hiring managers, and clients regarding compliance or onboarding matters.
This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in compliance and onboarding workflows.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR US compliance, and US Onboarding.
- Thorough understanding of US employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
Familiarity with client-specific onboarding requirements in regulated industries is an added advantage. Experience handling high-volume onboarding across multiple states is also desirable.
