Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Audit Software Development Life Cycle framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits and reviews of artifacts related to the framework.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in compliance processes.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions for process enhancement.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Evaluate risks and assess controls to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to compliance auditing.
  • Assist in developing strategic audit plans based on data insights.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing and compliance.
  • 4+ years of experience in compliance data management and regulatory analysis methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of SDLC processes and auditing frameworks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with emerging AI technologies.
