Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QuickBooks Expert located in Noida. The QuickBooks Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records using QuickBooks. They will perform daily accounting tasks such as recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and generating financial reports. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting with budget preparation, and supporting the finance team with audits and other accounting projects.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in QuickBooks and managing financial records
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Skills in bank reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in budget preparation and financial analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
