Our organization is seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to oversee end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, providing expert financial support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of US GAAP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures. Experience in client onboarding, with a proven track record of collecting necessary documents and establishing effective accounting workflows, is essential. Additionally, expertise in leading accounting and payroll tools, such as QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, Gusto, and similar software, is required.

This position requires excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team guidance. The ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple clients, and lead teams or mentor junior staff is also crucial. A degree in accounting (CA Inter, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent) is preferred.
