Job Title: U.S. Onboarding HR Specialist

Location: Noida, Sec 63

Full Time Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding HR Specialist to manage and improve the employee onboarding experience. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into our organization.

Qualifications:

- 6 Months- 1 years of HR experience, preferably in onboarding or HR operations
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and onboarding best practices
- Experience using HRIS tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for U.S. new hires
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during onboarding
- Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws
- Prepare and manage documentation such as I-9s, E-Verify, and benefits enrollment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper access and setup (IT, Payroll, Legal)
- Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes
