Web Data Insights Specialist

This is a critical role that demands expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation. As a Web Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web analytics tools, data visualization techniques, and statistical methods. They will also possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze website data from various sources, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Mixpanel.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to showcase key metrics and trends.
  • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools (D3.js, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
