Lead Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced data insights specialist to join our analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the execution and delivery of custom analytics solutions for customers and collaborate with internal teams on next-generation research and development initiatives.
- Provide statistical and modeling support on observational research, health economics and outcomes research, and real-world evidence studies for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, and biotechnology sectors.
- Contribute to the development of machine learning and other advanced analytics solutions for improving research data-based analytics and evidence generation.
- Collaborate on the analytics infrastructure build of research and development insights managed service offerings for clients.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, economics, data science, or equivalent quantitative field.
- At least 5 years of industry experience utilizing research data, US healthcare claims, electronic health records, registries, etc., for observational research studies and evidence insights generation or experience in applied biostatistics, epidemiology, or equivalent, especially in observational research, health economics and outcomes research, and real-world evidence generation.
- Training or coursework in experimental clinical epidemiologic study design.
- Experience and/or training in data visualization and data storytelling.
The ideal candidate will be part of a distributed team working together to provide analytics and insights using research data for clients across multiple sectors.
