Job Title : Data Insight Specialist

 

Data Analysis Role

The role involves the analysis of complex business data to deliver actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical findings in a clear and concise manner.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop robust reporting solutions for senior stakeholders* Consolidate data from multiple sources and perform data analysis to deliver meaningful insights* Understand business needs to ensure data analysis is aligned to objectives* Identify, research, and resolve data anomalies to ensure data quality* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data and reporting solutions*

 

Requirements and Qualifications

* 8-10 years of overall IT experience with hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality, and reporting solutions* 5+ years of experience in developing effective data visualizations to deliver insights and quantify benefits using tools like Power BI/Tableau and Excel* Working knowledge of Power BI Visualizations, design, and deployment with associated tools* Working knowledge of SQL around querying and loading data* Ability to present complex findings in a business-friendly manner* Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau and WebFocus would be beneficial*
