Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and integrating data from various sources to provide actionable insights to the organization. This role involves performing data quality checks and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and integrate data from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, files, and web services
  • Perform data quality checks and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Conduct data analysis using descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like SSRS and Power BI
  • Communicate data findings and insights to stakeholders and audiences through clear and concise language and visuals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related field
  • At least 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related role
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language like Python, R, or SAS, with experience in designing, creating, and testing SQL reports using SSRS
  • Knowledge in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, and exposure to OLAP
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Warehousing, Transact-SQL (T-SQL), Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory & Microsoft Power BI
