Senior Data Insights Specialist

A Senior Data Insights Specialist is responsible for driving the understanding and analysis of business requirements to inform solution development. This includes gathering, documenting, prioritizing, and executing requirements through cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including SMEs, PMs, POs, and engineering teams.
- Document and prioritize use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create detailed user stories that translate business and technical requirements into executable work.
- Manage and maintain a healthy product backlog of vetted and estimated work.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product management to ensure scope and purpose are understood.
- Evaluate and make decisions on prioritization of user story backlogs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Critical Thinking and Analysis: Ability to understand complex data schemas and drive insights-based decision making.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Project Management: Manage projects, define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
