Job Description:

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and design of groundbreaking solutions that harmonize regulatory frameworks and business objectives. Your expertise will shape the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of Open Banking regulations, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable insights.
  • Develop detailed traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance.
  • Engage stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and requirement gathering.
  • Stay updated with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities in open banking and develop requirements for innovative products and services.
  • Provide guidance to presales and professional services on new system features.

Requirements:

  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
  • Comfortable in delivering technical presentations & product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
