Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the daily operations of our digital cafeteria platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional food service experiences.

Cafeteria Operations Management:

  • Ensure seamless operations of the digital cafeteria platform.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the site.
  • Supervise timely food service and order fulfillment.
  • Address and resolve real-time operational issues.

Client and Customer Handling:

  • Act as the on-ground representative for client interactions.
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Share daily reports and updates with the client and internal stakeholders.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Coordinate with food vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times.
  • Ensure vendors follow standard operating procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor vendor staff conduct and professionalism.

Platform & Billing Support:

  • Assist with menu updates, issue resolution, and user queries using the digital platform.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and order tracking.

Reporting:

  • Maintain daily operational reports including sales, customer feedback, vendor performance, and incident logs.
  • Escalate site issues to senior management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations.
  • Skills:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic computer skills; ability to work with mobile apps and dashboards.
    • Leadership and team handling abilities.
