Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data, ensure accurate reporting and consolidation
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards
  • Perform inter company reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions
  • Support audit and compliance processes with relevant financial data
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results and provide commentary
  • Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making
  • Work closely with the finance team to align financial processes with forecasting and budgeting cycles
  • Streamline and automate financial processes using ERP and reporting tools
  • Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements in financial practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 4-5 years' experience in accounts and finance
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP
  • Experience with intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement automation and controls
