Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the program team to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Point of Sale (POS) application.

You will be responsible for building business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, for strategic initiatives and special projects. Ensuring production data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness is also a key responsibility.

  • Ensure production data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Build and optimize monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations, not limited to POS.
  • Automate report generation in Power BI, Splunk, etc., to get meaningful KPIs.
  • Understand the architecture of applications and the technology stack to recommend appropriate strategies to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA testers, and IT support staff.
  • Analyze real/actual data for business reporting, project decision-making, and production issues troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in a Point of Sale environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in technical tools and software, such as Power BI, Splunk, and database management systems.
