We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Stress Analysis Expert to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in our piping stress analysis team. As a Piping Stress Analysis Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of our piping systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed piping stress analysis tasks to ensure compliance with project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Review client technical documentation and requirements to ensure accurate understanding of project scope.
- Design all piping supports components to meet project requirements.
- Issue project piping stress specification and critical lines list to stakeholders.
- Perform calculations of critical piping networks to identify potential issues.
- Issue loads to allow design of pipe-rack and foundations.
- Issue technical part of requisitions for all piping supports components required by stress analysis calls for tender.
- Issue technical bid evaluation for all piping supports components offers.
- Issue technical part of requisitions for all piping supports components purchase orders.
- Review and approve vendors documents.
- Maintain project technical files and update Company standards.
- Perform inter-disciplines checking for part of documents in accordance with scope of piping material section.
- Check sub-contracted discipline engineering documents in accordance with scope of piping stress section.
- Check isometrics for construction of critical lines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Oil & Gas Industry/Fired Heater/Reformer.
- Experience with detailed design project (EPC) execution.
- Good practical experience in using CAESAR II, Nozzle Pro, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
