Qualification BE Chemical Mechanical Experience 4 - 10 Years Preferred Candidate s Location Mumbai Mumbai Thane Dombivli Kalyan Location of Job Thane Job Profile Stress Analysis of Piping by using Caesar Software Must Required Calculate check pipe wall thickness Preparation of Engineering Deliverable Document as per DML IDL Completion of Engineering Document as per KOM Project Tracker On time submission Engg Doc as per KOM Submission for Client Approval Information as per DML Preparation of Piping Material specification as applicable Design of skid pipelines using required standards Preparation of datasheets viz Ball Valve Gate valve Globe plug valves non-return valves PRV PSV SSV and CRV Preparation of Project documents like P ID GAD Isometric BOM DML DTN W-files to factory their checking before sending W-files to factory Approval Review of technical offers for various items for Purchase on time Approval Review of Vendor Data Drawing project specific Closely adhering to the ISO procedures and work instructions CAPA for PHN s generation of database Develop piping materials specifications fabrication testing procedures Maintain engineering work plan Should have hands on experience of 2D Active Participation in 5 S kaizen System Improvement Activity
