Job Title: Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled automation specialist to join our team. As an automation specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools.

You will work closely with our team to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed.
  • Develop a centralized automation library - templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations.
  • Perform development logic when needed for custom logic, scripts, or advanced integrations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML).
  • Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems.
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking - you build clean, maintainable systems, not quick hacks.
  • Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required.
