Senior Relationship Manager Job Description

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

  • Collaborate with customers to design organizational health risk management and wellness programs.
  • Prepare implementation plans, define responsible parties' roles, and bring in health management vendors.
  • Design and plan every aspect of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
  • Supervise the launch of health risk management programs.
  • Manage operation of all health risk management projects and make necessary changes in design and/or vendors.
  • Lead and manage multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements.
  • Develop trusted consultant relationships with client contacts through timely advice and efficient project execution.
  • Work with general consultants and business development staff to strategize target client approaches.
  • Support overall client relationship building and management, leading health risk management consulting and programs.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell projects and services to current clients.
Requirements:
  • MBA from a reputable B-School.
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in General insurance industry.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Domain Knowledge necessary, especially aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance.
  • Knowledge of property and engineering lines is an added plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
