Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely game releases, aligning resources, and verifying progress.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game release requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience launching or updating products regularly, with at least 8 app releases within 12 months.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A background in mobile app development or game development will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS devices and stores is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the scope of each release and its purpose to effectively triage and escalate issues.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers/Producers to plan resources and dependencies, delivering a project plan as a result.
  • Working closely with HODs and partner managers to ensure all resources are synchronized.
  • Actively participating during production phases, working with creative, art, development & QC teams across projects to ensure they're on track.
  • Escalating unresolved problems or concerns promptly and clearly, providing management with possible options for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project, SmartSheets, or Trello.
