The successful candidate will conceptualize and design original game ideas that can become global hits, develop engaging mechanics and levels for hybrid casual/hypercasual audiences, and collaborate with artists and developers to craft seamless gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative game ideas and concepts that drive engagement and player satisfaction.
  • Level Development: Create immersive and challenging level designs that meet player expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring game ideas to life.
  • Economy Balancing: Optimize game economies to ensure fun and monetization goals are met.
  • Marketing Strategies: Identify effective marketing strategies to promote game releases and retain player interest.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in game design (hybrid casual, puzzle preferred).
  • Strong ideation and conceptualization skills.
  • Passion for creating addictive, fun, player-first experiences.
