Job Title: Corporate Development Manager

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will work closely with a global team of consultants to understand clients' vision and devise inorganic and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in building a career in strategy consulting is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • A collaborative professional with the ability to work in a team.
  • Exposure to international client geographies (North America/Western Europe/Asia-Pacific & Japan) will be considered favorably.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/Big 4/boutique consulting/corporate strategy/corporate development background is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Sound understanding of business strategy, finance, and cross-industry exposure.
  • Ability to interact with confidence and handle CEOs/CXOs/client executives independently.
  • Exemplary communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • A strategic mindset, hustler, fast learner, and go-getter.
