Job Title: Senior Business Analyst & Demand Planner

 

Job Description:

This is a senior-level position in the organization, responsible for analyzing business trends and making strategic decisions to optimize demand planning.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand planning and forecasting, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data analysis.

He/She should be familiar with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, or JDE and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additionally, the candidate must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Demand Planning & Forecasting (8–10 years in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing).
  2. Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro (highly desirable).
  3. Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
  4. Familiarity with ERP systems: SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE.
  5. Strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively with Sales and Marketing teams globally.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
